We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointments. In the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to request your credit card information in order to reserve any future appointments. Repeated same-day or no-show appointments will result in full charge of service. This policy gives us the opportunity to fill that appointment with someone from our cancellation list.
